About Between Breaths
Stillness, space and mindful presence in a noisy world.
Between Breaths began as a simple idea which arose from my own meditation practice: that the space between one breath and the next holds the potential to change everything.
Not through force or grand gestures, but through the quiet, almost unnoticed shifts that happen when we pause, notice, and allow.
The name came to me during a time when life felt fast and full. I realised I’d been living as if each breath was a sprint — chasing the next task, the next thought, the next demand. In slowing down, I discovered a gentler rhythm, one where my mind and body could meet in the same place.
The pause — that moment of present awareness — became a doorway back to myself. At its heart, Between Breaths is about creating spaces for people to find their own doorway.
It’s designed for life in the real world, not a mythical one in magazines: practical enough to fit into a busy day, but spacious enough to feel like a genuine pause. Whether it’s through guided meditation, mindful walking, or simple grounding practices, everything here is designed to help you meet life with more calm, clarity, connection, and creativity.
While the approach draws on practices that have been embraced for thousands of years, it’s also supported by what modern science now confirms: mindfulness and meditation can transform the way we think, feel, and live. This is a place where tradition and evidence meet, in service of something timeless — your own presence.
You don’t need to arrive here knowing what you’re looking for. Sometimes the most important discoveries are the ones we weren’t expecting. In the space between breaths, we find room to listen, to soften, to simply be.

Every space between breaths is a doorway.
Step from the noise into a quieter way of being.
