FAQs
Do I need to have any experience with meditation?
Not at all. Between Breaths is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether this is your first time or your hundredth, you’re welcome just as you are.
What actually happens during a session?
Each session gently invites you to step out of the busyness of life and into a calmer, more connected space. We use breath, quiet, and presence to return to ourselves — no complicated rituals, just a simple, grounded experience.
What if I can’t sit still or my mind keeps wandering?
Then you’re human. This practice isn’t about perfect stillness — it’s about noticing, returning, and being kind to yourself in the process. Movement and wandering minds are part of the journey.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. If we’re outdoors, maybe a warm layer, a drink of water, and a willingness to be with whatever the moment brings.
Are the sessions trauma-aware or neurodivergent-friendly?
Yes. My approach is gentle, flexible, and inclusive. You’ll never be pushed or expected to do anything that doesn’t feel right. We move at your pace.
How do I sign up?
You can register for sessions directly on the website — just scroll to the bottom of this page or visit the ‘Sessions’ section. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out first for a quick chat.
Can I try a session before committing?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to try a single session with no pressure to continue. This is about finding what works for you, in your own time.
