About Me
I’m an Integrative Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner with a special interest in ADHD. I bring more than 30 years of experience supporting people through moments of change, uncertainty, and self-discovery.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and practical — shaped as much by lived experience as by training. I don’t meet people as problems to be solved, but as human beings with potential waiting to unfold. Most of us are simply learning how to become ourselves again.
How I Work
Between Breaths is a gentle, grounded space where awareness becomes the beginning of change.
We explore challenges together — ADHD, stress, burnout, life transitions, patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck — and we do it at a pace that feels safe, steady, and manageable.
My background in mindfulness, NLP, hypnotherapy, counselling, and coaching allows me to draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches. Everything we do is shaped around the person in front of me, not a template.
My Philosophy
Much of my work is rooted in a simple truth: awareness softens what once felt immovable.
When we can see our patterns, we can loosen them.
When we can pause — that moment between breaths — clarity begins to rise.
And with clarity, we begin to move differently in our own lives.
My role is to help you reconnect with your inner steadiness, deepen your understanding of yourself, and step into a life that feels more aligned with who you really are.

A Little About My Journey
I didn’t arrive at this work by taking the direct route.
It’s been a long road — through decades in community work, mental health services, coaching roles, and my own late diagnosis of ADHD with autistic traits.
Mindfulness became the steady companion I didn’t know I needed. It helped me meet myself with more compassion, loosen old survival patterns, and return to a self I had misplaced somewhere along the way.
Everything I offer now is shaped by that journey — by the understanding that growth isn’t forced; it unfolds when we feel safe enough to be ourselves.
