Active Narratives
Every life is made of stories. Some lift and carry us forward, others hold us back. Often, without realising it, we confuse our stories for who we are. But here’s the truth: stories can change. And when they do, so do we.
Long Story Short
My Aim
Active Narratives is not about fixing anyone. It is about remembering wholeness. I hold spaces where people can see their stories with fresh eyes — recognising the past as influence, not destiny — and choosing how to live the next chapter with clarity and freedom.
What I Offer
Through one-to-one coaching, group circles, and workshops, I guide people into a process of awareness and change. Each session is part of a larger unfolding story: tools, reflections, and practices that help you step out of limiting patterns and into a life that feels more present, authentic, and alive.
The Approach
Through self-reflection and exercises, mindful practices, and coaching support, Active Narratives is a framework to provide a safe space for exploration. We focus on:
- Awareness & Wholeness: Your past informs you, but it does not define you. In exploring your stories, you begin to see the threads of resilience, strength, and possibility.
- Choice & Agency: Life is not just what happens to you. You can choose how to meet it. Together, we explore what it means to step out of reactivity and into presence, making choices that align with your deeper values.
- Mindfulness in Practice: By bringing awareness to the moment — even the space between breaths — you reconnect with yourself and discover freedom beyond old habits.
- Reframing Limiting Beliefs: Inner critics soften when met with compassion. From here, new narratives emerge, ones that invite confidence, resilience, and self-trust.
- Writing the Next Chapter: Active Narratives is about moving from being a character in someone else’s script to becoming the author of your own.
What People Say
Your past may be written, but your future is not.
If you’re ready to step into the space where story becomes possibility, I invite you to begin.
